We have extensive expertise in implementing Stakeholder Engagement Processes (SEPs), Stakeholder Relationship Management Frameworks (SRMF), and Stakeholder Satisfaction Indices, either independently or as integral components of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs). Our experience includes supporting governments and private sector organizations in effectively engaging with their stakeholders to foster better communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding. By facilitating these interactions, we have helped clients strengthen relationships, enhance stakeholder trust, and improve operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to increased organizational success and long-term profitability. We successfully undertook stakeholders engagement for Southern African Power Pool for its government and private sector stakeholders in SADC mainland countries on regional Power Trading.
